To enroll (become a member), you choose an MCO, and choose a primary care provider (PCP). You can choose the same or different MCOs and PCPs for your family members.
There are three ways to enroll:
- Online at Enroll.
- Call 1-800-449-8466 (TTY/TDD 1-304-344-0015) to enroll by phone.
- Mail your completed enrollment form in the envelope that came to you in the mail.
After you enroll, your MCO will mail you a Welcome Packet.
